Account Assistant

  • B.Com, part qualified ACCA/ ICMA / CA Inter or equivalent.

  • BA or Equivalent from HEC recognized university.

Assistant Manager Human Resource

  • Candidate should hold a degree in MBA (HR) from HEC recognized university or equivalent qualification,
  • At least 5-year experience in:
  • Managing HR function of organizations, running the day to day affairs including but not limited to payroll processing.
  • Maintaining employee personnel files, liaison with the HR Committee and the Top management.
  • Overseeing the performance appraisal process, development, and compliance of KPIs for all posts, keeping track of attendance records.

Manager Renewable

  • Candidate should hold a minimum of Graduate degree in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, or Hydropower Engineering. Masters Degree in relevant field of Engineering / Public Administration / Public Policy / Business Administration / Management Sciences etc. from HEC recognized University will be an added advantage.
  • At least 10 years’ relevant experience in research and development of renewable energy projects
  • Knowledge of renewable energy power generation equipment, technologies, plant design and their operation & maintenance
  • Experience of Power Sector minimum of 3 years with international standards for renewable energy resource monitoring and data measurement and analysis.
  • Experience of Public Sector.
  • Understanding of Power Generation and Renewable Energy Policies
  • Knowledge of applicable tariff components, regime and calculations
  • Knowledge of Project Management fundamentals, ability to prioritize tasks effectively and manage deadlines
  • Knowledge of latest technological developments internationally in renewable energy

General Manager Procurement & Contracts (P&C)

  • Candidate should hold a minimum of Graduate degree in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, or Civil Engineering. Masters Degree in Engineering / Public Administration / Public Policy / Business Administration / Management Sciences etc. from HEC recognized University will be an added advantage.
  • Candidate must possess demonstrated experience as under:
  • Overall Experience of at least 15 years related to Power Generation, Procurement & Contracting etc.
  • 5 years of experience of working on a senior position in Procurement & Contract Management will be preferred.
  • Must possess proven skills in preparation of Bidding Documents, Bid invitation & evaluation, contract negotiation and award of contracts for construction projects, hiring of consultants and general services, local/foreign procurement, etc.
  • Experience of awarding/managing O&M contracts of Power Plants including hydropower other renewable sources projects.
  • Must possess knowledge of PPRA Rules & Procedures, PEC Standard Bidding Documents, FIDIC contract conditions, etc
  • Experience of dealing with Government Regulatory Bodies including, NEPRA, PPIB, CPPA (G), etc., regarding Energy / Power Purchase Agreements.

General Manager (Hydel)

  • Candidate should hold a minimum of Graduate degree in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, or Hydropower Engineering. A postgraduate degree in the relevant field of Engineering. Masters Degree in Public Administration / Public Policy / Business Administration / Management Sciences etc. from HEC recognized University will be an added advantage.
  • Candidate must possess demonstrated experience as under:
  • The overall experience of 15 years with at least 10 years of experience of directly working on the Operations & Maintenance of any Hydropower Plant
  • 5 years experience of working in a senior position in Hydropower generation. Candidates having 3 years exclusive experience as GM or equivalent will be preferred.
  • Project implementation preferably development of hydropower projects, during construction commissioning, etc.
  • Experience of contract management and inventory control management system.
  • 3 years experience of dealing with Government Regulatory Bodies including, NEPRA, PPIB, CPPA (G), etc. regarding issues of licensing, certifications and tariffs, etc.
  • Experience of management reporting including plant statistics and operations.

Chief Executive Officer (CEO)

  • Candidate should hold a minimum of Bachelor’s degree from HEC recognized university or institution(s) in any or combination of Engineering, Economics, Energy Management, Finance / Accounting / Business Administration or CA, Masters Degree in Public Administration / Public Policy / Business Administration / Management Sciences etc. from HEC recognized University will be an added advantage.
  • Candidate must possess demonstrated experience of not less than 15 years in the following:
  • Chief Executive or at a senior management level in power generation companies/organizations in Public or Private Sectors. Candidate having 3 years exclusive experience as CEO will be preferred.
  • 3 years of experience Project implementation, Tendering, Contract negotiation/finalization, and administration with Government Institutions, International donor agencies, preferably in the power sector.
  • Experience of dealing with Government Regulatory Bodies including SECP, NEPRA, PPIB, CPPA (G), EPAs, etc. regarding issues of licensing, certifications and tariffs, etc.
  • Should be well acquainted with various functions related to the Corporate Governance within the company including Operation & Maintenance, Accounting & Finance, Human Resources, Procurement, and Risk assessment in the public sector.
  • Good knowledge & abilities to interact directly and independently with Government agencies.
