Job Description:

  • Responsible for processing payment for approval from PD, scrutinizing invoices, contracts, and other project-related documents before processing the payment
  • To assist Project Director in performing routine project-related tasks and activities.
  • Continuous monitoring of project milestones and deliverables for proper utilization of funds in line with project scope, objectives, and rules & regulations
  • Regular follow-ups on the release of funds with the Ministry of IT and other Govt. Departments
  • Contract management including drafting of contracts, signing of the contracts, and execution of the contract
  • To sign contract agreements with the service providers, including audit firm, testing firm and training firm, etc.
  • To facilitate in achieving set targets and implementation of short- and long-range goals.
  • Assist Director Projects in preparing the TORs of the training programs as well EOI and press advertisement
  • To issue sanctions, office orders, meeting minutes
  • Perform milestone review visits along with higher management

Finance Officer

Job Descriptions

  • Responsible for processing payment for approval from PD, scrutinizing invoices, contracts, and other project-related documents before processing the payment. He will submit the bill to AGPR for release of payment from the PSDP budget
  • He will prepare and sign the cheques as 2nd signatory
  • He will be responsible to open the project bank account. Industry receipts/contributions will be deposited in the said bank account. He will operate the bank account as 2nd signatory. Whereas, Project Director of this project would be the first signatory.
  • Regular follow-ups on the release of funds with the Ministry of IT and other Govt. Departments
  • Reconciliation of accounts with AGPR and Bank and bookkeeping
  • Contract management including drafting of contracts, signing of the contracts, and execution of the contracts

Age Limit: 45
Increment: 5% of annual increment
