Job Description :

  • The selected candidate will be responsible for:
  • Preparing monthly cost reports.
  • Petty and main cash management.
  • Posting of petty cash with day-end reconciliations.
  • Posting of vouchers/ bills in GL.
  • Reconciliations of payments with ledgers.
  • Printing of cheques and management of checkbooks.
  • Approval, signatures, and disbursement of cheques.
  • Filling of vouchers and record keeping.
  • Medical bills verification, posting, and approvals.

  • Knowledge of WHT deduction, deposits, and reconciliations with ledgers and banks.

Trainee Network Support Engineer (Customer Care)
Job Description :

The hired engineer will undergo extensive, all-round training for initial 4 weeks and thereafter he will be placed in Technical Assistance Center (TAC) initially for 4 weeks (on-job training) where he would handle technical queries of customers telephonically relating to Nayatel's FTTH services. Moreover, all manpower requirements in departments like Transmission, IP-Core, Systems, NGN, Access, Electrical, and Video Headend are covered by transferring engineers from TAC on merit.
Qualification: 

  • BE or above in (electronics/telecom/computer) from a reputable and HEC recognized university with minimum 70% marks in matric, FSc and a good GPA/% in engineering.
  • No prior job experience is required. Fresh graduates are preferred.

Assistant HR/Administration Executive (Human Resource)
Job Description :

Recruitment & Selection:

  • Assist in identifying hiring needs, job design, and HR planning.
  • Create a pool for the best available talent in your region.
  • Maintain a record of CVs in a very orderly fashion. In addition; to review and screen resumes from all sources as per requirements.
  • Maintain excellent relationships with placement centers of all universities/technical institutions and effectively participate in job fairs. In addition; build relationships with online recruiters.
