CHIP Training & Consulting Private Limited emerged as the dynamic training and consulting arm of Civil Society Human & Institutional Development Programme (CHIP) in Pakistan in the year 2007.
Although the company was launched as an independent consultancy firm fairly recently, its roots go back to 1993 when it was initially a Swiss NGO Programme Office (SNPO as part of SDC / Embassy of Switzerland) later becoming an independent non-profit organization, namely CHIP.
Having been CHIPs resource center, providing training and knowledge management services in the field of project management, organizational development and other developmental thematic areas, CTC started functioning as an individual entity becoming a successful management consultancy in its own right.
CHIP Training & Consulting Pvt. Ltd (CTC) is seeking applications for different positions in Punjab for the Pakistan Polio eradication Initiative under its (COMNet) Project.
Divisional Communication Officer (DCO)
No of Post: 01
Qualification: Master's degree preferably in communications social/behavioral sciences, or public health/medicine.
Experience: 7 years experience in community mobilization and/or working with NGOs and NGO networks and working and liaising with Government agencies/partners including 5 years at district level.
District Health Communication Support Officer (DHCSO)
No of Post: 09
Quota: Jhelum – 1, Chakwal – 1, DG Khan – 1, Okara – 1, Bhakkar – 1, Sialkot – 1, Mandi Baha ud Din – 1, Hafizabad – 1, Gujrat – 1.
Qualification: Graduate preferably in communications social I behavioural sciences, or public health/medicine.
Experience: 4 years' experience in community mobilization and/or working with NGOs and NGO networks and working and liaising with Government agencies/partners.
Tehsil Communication Officer (TCO)
No of Post: 7
Age Limit: Preferably 27 years of age & above.
Quota: Gujjar Khan – 1, Kot Chutta – 1, Tribal – 1, Lahore – 4 (Aziz Bhatti Town, Ravi, Gulberg, Cantt).
Qualification: Graduate/post-graduate or it's equivalent preferably in communications social behavioural sciences, or public health.
Experience: Minimum 3 years' experience in the planning and management of social development/public health programmes, with minimum 1-year practical experience in a supervisory position, preferably District or Tehsil level position.
