Head of Bancassurance

Grade: EVP-1/EVP
Location: Lahore
Job Summary:
Reporting to Group Head Retail Banking, responsible for driving sales & relationship management through branch channel by developing and implementing acquisition strategy, on-boarding and servicing of retail customers. Develop and implement sale plans and marketing initiatives to grow portfolio, gain market share & meet targets. Develop and execute footprint strategy and lead initiatives to optimize distribution channel. These initiatives will be measured by volumetric growth, sales productivity and network efficiency. Ensuring that business needs are well understood, articulated and delivered with consistency, the job requires maintaining seamless relationships with all key stakeholders so as to ensure smooth running of the business. Key deliverables include business growth, people management, increasing productivity & efficiency and service delivery while ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements and internal policies/directives of the Bank. The position demands highly motivated, result-oriented and dynamic individuals with proven track record and leadership skills, well-versed with applicable banking laws & practices. The position carries attractive market-based remuneration.

Job Summary:

Negotiate, finalize and build effective revenue streams for the Bank to generate income for attainment of business goals. Provide product knowledge and support to sales team, raising awareness and understanding of the proposition and product launches. Manage Persistency & complaints management. Liaise with internal and external stake holders, business partners for front end staff readiness, trainings & certifications. Liaise with Corporate Communications Department to design marketing and promotional campaign for new schemes. Be the contact person for entire bank’s insurance needs. Ensure compliance with key regulatory and bank level requirements.
