Position Requirements

  1. Bachelor/Master Degree in Banking, Business, Management, Economics, Marketing and Public Administration or related disciplines duly recognized by HEC.
  2. At least 08 years of post-qualification job experience and minimum of 05 years of relevant working experience in the banking industry.
  3. Knowledge of general banking operations including clearing, remittances, transfers, Accounts, and Customer Service
  4. Hands-on experience of computer applications, MS Office and the equipment used in the assigned area
  5. Good organizational and problem-solving skills
  6. Strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
  7. Ability to       manage        multiple tasks/projects and    deadlines simultaneously


  1. Supervises the day to day operational functions.
  2. Carries out responsibilities in accordance with Bank policies.
  3. Transaction settlement and approval within established guidelines.
  4. Operational handling of account opening, investments, payments and receipts etc
  5. Preparing, updating and reporting cash position, MIS, profit & loss, reconciliation and other financial reports
  6. Posting and keeping accounting record of agreements  Prepares Performance Partnership reviews of staff.
  7. Assures high quality and friendly customer service.
  8. Resolves customer inquiries/complaints and situations in a positive professional and efficient manner.
  9. Conducts regular staff meetings to ensure compliance with all Bank policies and procedures.
  10. Review daily reports.
  11. Meet assigned targets/ goals.
  12. Arrange satisfactory audit compliance.
  13. Identify and mitigate operational risk.
  14. Expense control.
  15. Perform other duties as assigned. Maximum Age Limit = 45 year
