Assistant Manager
(Bannu - 1 Position & Chitral -1 Position)
 
The incumbent will be responsible primarily for the continuation and implementation of the vision and mission of the Company at the respective industrial estate/economic zone. The purpose will be to promote and facilitate industrialization and industrial initiatives in the respective areas, inclusive of marketing, sales, customer services, complaint redressal and to provide one window services to the existing and potential industrialists.

Required Qualification, Experience, and Skills:  Must have a degree (16 years of education) in Business Administration, Management, Public Administration. Economics, Engineering, law or allied disciplines from reputed and accredited institution.

  • Must be having8yearsofrelevantexperiencewithv.ell reputed organizations.
  • Demonstrated experience in marketing, sales and networking.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop business lid generate revenue to achieve self-sustainable model

Required Qualification,

  • Must be having 2 years of relevant experience with well reputed organizations.

Demonstrated experience in liaising with stakeholders.

  • Provision of commercial services to customers.
  •  Dealing with customers to address their queries and complaints.
  • Exegetist written and verbal communication and intestine skills.
  • Well-developed computer skills in the use of MS Office.

Required Qualification, Experience and Skills

Must have a Higher. Secondary School Certificate (SSC)/intermediate Certificate and a Patwar Course Certificate.

  • Collection of record documents from revenue authorities of selected site area for acquisition.
  • Conducting demarcation of the site.
  • Marking boundaries of the proposed site as per revenue record.
  • Preparation of detail reports after every visit of commission on site.
  • Attending and presenting record in court activities regarding concern site.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Well-developed computer skills in the use of MSOffice.

Office Attendant
(Bannu -1 Position & Chitral - 2 Positions)

Required Qualification, Experience and Skills

  • Must have a Secondary School Certificate (SSC)/Matriculation Certificate.
  • Must be having 2 years of relevant experience with well reputed organizations.
  • Must have a neat and clean personality.
