Area Retail Manager (ARM) is the key position to manage the company`s business in his assigned territory through effective channel handling. The incumbent is responsible to maintain float and all the products available in the market as per the practice and policy, as well as handles the teams of the franchise to ensure the availability of all SKUs in the retail market. ARM is also responsible to achieve assigned targets of development and recharge. The incumbent is also responsible for monitoring the ongoing activities of competition and informing the line within a specified time period.
- Availability and replenishment of Ufone offered products like cards, load, MFS, Sims, etc.
- Development (direct/indirect) of existing areas/ markets and exploration of new potential markets
- Ensuring data accuracy of retail universe in RMS or any other available system as per practice
- Conducting visibility audit of merchandising
- Franchise Management - which includes team development, regular follow-ups, target achievement, and policy adherence by retail market
Education: Minimum: Bachelor`s Degree
Experience: 2 to 4 years of experience especially in retail support department
